Going on a diet for a few months is a good way to lose weight

Not True.

Short-term, you do lose weight on any plan that delivers fewer calories.  However, at Nazafit we belive that temporary changes don’t lead to permanent losses.

A diet won’t work if you think of it as doing a different thing for a while and then you’re going to stop doing it.

The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to think, I’m going to eat like this forever.
