Back Training

Back training day today which is my favourite body part to train. Chin ups of all kinds will be a main focus. I have always included chin ups in my back routine as they develop such a great V taper which is so important in Figure. The judges are looking for girls to present a Y shape on stage which is nice wide shoulders, great V taper of the back, small waist and tight detailed legs. I believe the only way to build this V taper is with big heavy compound back exercises with extremely slow deliberate form.
