Team Nazafit

Good morning everyone, I hope you are all feeling fantastic!!

I have an exciting year ahead both personally and professionally. I am very excited about preparing a great group of women for the 2010 bodybuilding shows. I am unable to take on any new clients for the May / June shows as I am fully booked and I want to make sure I have the time to spend with each competitor to ensure I bring them in the healthiest, leanest and best shape ever.

I want to thank all the women who have chosen me to guide them through their journey and I want to let you all know that I will do everything in my power to help you succeed.

I have noticed there are a few negative people blogging about Figure perperation and bodybuilding preperation and stating how unhealthy the process is both physically and mentally. I must say this is quite irresponsible because there are many people in the sport who do it in an extremely healthy manner and have achieved amazing results both physically and mentally. If there are people out there who have failed in their preperation please do not discourage other future competitors. The sport of bodybuilding and the majority of people involved are leaders in the health and fitness world so please do not discredit these amazing people.

I would suggest those who believe bodybuilding to be a negative unhealthy process to go and have a look at some of Australia’s best figure competitors websites and read their journeys. Just to name a few would be Rae Cattach of Western Australia, Sam Attril of Western Australia, Lindy Olsen of Queensland Australia and Sarah Picken Brown of Melbourne Australia. These amazing women will give you an insight into what an amazing healthy journey it can be if it is done correctly to begin with.

I just want to share a couple of photos for you people out there who are voicing their concerns and you can decide for yourself whether these photos are of a undernourished fryed woman.
