Changing Habits

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you all know I am now working with and promoting Cindy O’Meara and “Changing Habits”.

Cindy’s unique, surprisingly simple and down-to-earth approach challenges and encourages others to eliminate unhealthy habits and has inspired thousands to make smarter choices about the food they choose to put into their body. By educating people on how to read food labels, why diets don’t work, and how drugs can affect your total well-being and vitality, Cyndi confronts her audiences with new truths and empowers them to make long lasting changes with simple and achievable steps on how to create healthier habits.

The reason I have aligned myself with Cindy is because I think everyone can benefit from reading her books to get a good grounding on whole food nutrition and the importance of eating like our body is designed to. Once you have read her information, I can take it a step further by designing you a calorie controlled eating plan incorporating all these whole foods. I really recommend everyone go on and purchase the salt and dulse flake product she sells, and her books if you want to educate yourself on a healthy way of living.
