We believe fasting to be a crash diet technique. Even though you WILL lose weight… you also lose lean muscle and tissue.
This in turn causes a reduction in the amount of calories your body needs on a daily basis.
This means your body will need fewer calories than it did previously, once you stop fasting.
In other words, fasting is a way of telling your body to store more fat and is thus a bad way to lose weight.
