When making the transition to a whole food diet your words are very important. Your friends and family won’t take long to notice your new eating habits, especially because you often get together over food. There may be criticism or curiosity, either way, the words you choose to respond could empower or dis-empower you.
You may find that it is easier to say you like eating raw because of how it makes you feel as opposed to listing out all the disadvantages of cooked and processed foods.
