Eating fat makes you fat

Simply not true.

The body needs it to repair tissue, transport certain vitamins and for energy.

‘Low-fat’ or ‘fat-free’ doesn’t necessarily mean low calorie or calorie-free.

Processed foods often contain sugars and thickeners to boost flavour and texture increasing the caloric intake instead of reducing it.

What is your opinion?
