Program Life Cycle & Private Group Support
The program cycle starts on a Monday in Week 1, Saturdays are free days and Sundays are feeling feedback days. Everyday, we need you to post your food proof (a picture of every meal) to our private group where you will be met with support, encouragement and advice.
