Recipe: DOCA – Great for Breakfast

Great for breakfast, makes 2 servings.

• 6 Whole Raw Almonds
• 4 Dates, natural, dry
• 1 Apple, medium size, seeded, chopped into chunks
• ¼ tsp Cinnamon
• ½ cup Rolled Oats, dry
• 1 tbsp Shredded Coconut
• Pinch of Salt to taste

Place all ingredients into the Ladyship Organic Essence Extractor and pulse until desired consistency.

For an extra protein hit, this is great with natural yogurt mixed through!
