The following list provides some answers to common questions we get during the ordering process from the Nazafit Shop.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Most of our products will be delivered to you digitally but those products that are physical will be delivered Australia wide via Australia Post. There is a single charge per order of $6.95.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We currently offer Paypal, Stripe and Bitcoin payment gateways. We recommend those who have a credit/debit use the credit card payment facility (instead of going through paypal).

How long will delivery take?

Delivery will take approximately 2 weeks to reach your address in Australia.

I am buying a digital product but it's asking for my shipping address

Please ignore the shipping address if you no physical items in your order.

Do I need to be a member to order products?

You can order as a guest and do not have to be a member to order products. We do recommend you create an account especially if you are ordering one of our programs where we provide support. During the checkout process you can click the "Create an account?" as shown here:

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All our checkout pages are run on secure socket layer (SSL) and hosted by a reputable Australian hosting company. If you have any problems we encourage you to contact support@nazafit.com.au immediately.

What exactly happens after ordering?

For physical product, we package your order and send it within 3 working days. For orders of pre-designed or custom programs we will send you instructions on the next steps to take.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

We do not currently generate automatic invoices but can provide one on request.
