Nazafit staff and content providers disclaim any direct or coincidental liability or loss in connection with the information and advice provided in the website. All advice should be taken with a pinch of salt and the reader should come to their own conclusion as to what is right for them.
We can not be held accountable for any any direct, incidental or consequential loss or liability that is caused by following advice outlined in our programs or from program support staff.
Information contained within programs should not be used for diagnosing or treating a health problem. Not all diet and exercise plans suit everyone. You should always consult your licensed healthcare provider before starting a diet, or embarking on any fitness or weight training program.
If uncertain your health care provider may refer you to a registered exercise physiologist, nutrition specialist, sports physicist or cardiologist to clarify your fitness/training program and tailor it to your health status. This advice applies particularly to individuals over the age of 50 who may have an existing medical condition and are taking supervised medication.
Nazafit will replace at no charge any product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance. If Nazafit is unable to provide a replacement in a timely fashion, Nazafit may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product at their discretion.
Refunds or returns are considered void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover).
Returns are further subject to the following conditions:
- That the Buyer acknowledges that the Product at the time of delivery was undamaged and free from and defects.
- That the Product is not exposed to chemical fumes or gases other than those present in normal clear atmospheric air nor is subject to prolonged exposure to water or moisture.
Reporting and Verification of Product Failure
Nazafit reserves the right to establish to its satisfaction that the product failure is in accordance with the terms outlined here.
Any failure of the Product shall be reported in a timely fashion to Nazafit to enable the Product to be examined by Nazafit to determine the cause of failure. If the failure is not brought to light within 7 days of receiving the order, the buyer shall be deemed to have waived all rights under the terms and conditions.
Nazafit will not provide any returns or refunds unless claims are made in compliance with all terms and conditions, following the proper return procedure:

1. The order number or other evidence of the date of purchase.
2. A description of the problem.
3. If possible, photographs of the damage or defect
After consultaton via email, we may request delivery of the defective product, postage prepaid to 441 St Albans Road Baldivis, Perth WA 6171 Attention: Mark Orvad.
In Australia: These terms of service shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws applying in the State of Western Australia. Our terms do not affect any additional rights consumers have under laws in their jurisdictions governing the sale of consumer goods. You may be required by law to give us a reasonable opportunity to correct or cure any failure to comply before you can bring any action in court against us.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT (OR, IN LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES, REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE) AS PROVIDED UNDER THESE TERMS IS THE EXCLUSIVE DISCRETION OF NAZAFIT. NAZAFIT NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY PERSON TO CREATE FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT.
NAZAFIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE BUYER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTAL,SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF THESE TERMS OR ANY IMPLIED TERMS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED TERMS OF MERCHANTABILITY)
